Maison Glowé is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. Orders will be shipped to the exact address given at checkout. If the address is incorrect, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or customs duties on their purchase. If these fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their package from their local post office if a delivery attempt is missed. Customers must also coordinate with their local postal service and customs if their package is being held. If a package is returned to the sender due to a delay in retrieval or failure to resolve customs issues, Maison Glowé will not issue a refund. If we receive the package, we will contact you, and you must pay for shipping again if you wish to have it resent. If you choose not to, no refund will be provided.
If a package is not returned to Maison Glowé, no refund will be issued. We are not responsible for packages being sent back to the sender.
